Gater Series Bread Slicers

 

The car is intended for cutting of white bread. The thickness of the sash varies from 10 to 20 mm, depending on the wishes of the customer. The machine is equipped with an inlet conveyor with lower and upper adjustable belts to press the bread and evenly feed it to the cutting knives.
After cutting the loaves of bread, it is taken off the conveyor for delivery to the operator or subsequent packaging machine.
The incoming and outgoing conveyors are equipped with an autonomous drive and separate smooth speed control using inverter control.

Bread slicers of the IBS 158 series

BSM IBS 158 is a cutting machine for mainly white bread. Incoming conveyor - serves to move the bread to the cutting panel. It consists of upper and lower conveyor belts, the upper conveyor belt presses the bread and helps to feed it evenly on the cutting belts, it is height adjustable according to the product. At the factory, the machine is equipped with a mechanism for cutting cutting knives in order to better crumble bread and reduce knife wear. BSM IBS 158 is suitable for connection with packaging machines manufactured by BES EM Ltd.

BSM IBS 176 is an automatic bread slicing machine. Operation and various products are fast and simple. Incoming conveyor - serves to move the bread to the cutting panel. It consists of top, bottom and two side conveyor belts. The thickness of the cut slices can vary from 10 to 20 mm. The BSM ISC 150 is a versatile machine for manual packing of bread, pasta, sweets and more. in prepackaged bags. The placement of the belt clip on the bag is done automatically with the production date or other information. The working surfaces of the machine are made of stainless steel. The bag dissolves with air so that the operation can feed the product into it.

Clipping machines SC 180 series

The BSM SC 180 is designed for packaging bread and other pasta in a bag with a clamp, which requires the constant presence of an operator who places the product in bags and places it in place for fixing. The brush mechanism helps to flatten the pack and clipping is automatic. The BS 180 is factory fitted with a date setting device that places the product in the clamp.
